"Why did you go with him?" he asked, eyes narrowing.
"I- I just... he asked me to show the village, bava, and- ahh..."
Her words broke into a gasp as his fingers pinched her waist hard.
"Didn't I tell you to stay away from him, Ammu?" he said, his voice was low but laced with anger.
